1. How does this work?Simple, all you need is an MP3 player or a CD player. You download a tour and the corresponding map, save theaudio files on your MP3 or CD player and print out the map. Go to the neighborhood and start to listen to the tour, follow along and experience the area like a local! Find out about all the hidden local spots, its history, and the places that are tourist traps and should be avoided. 2. How will I find my way around with just an audio guide?
Every tour comes with its own City Surf map, which will show you the route you can take to follow along with the tour. It's very easy to use and makes sure you don't get lost. 3. How is this different from a regular guide book?
Guidebooks show you which neighborhoods are cool to visit, we show what's cool IN those neighborhoods. Also, when you're walking around reading your guidebook you miss half of things you're there to see, because you're probably reading. With City Surf, you can listen while you walk around and get the most out of your visit. 4. Where do you get your information from? Is it accurate?We have researchers on staff who use primary and secondary sources to research each neighborhood. We stand 100% behind the information we provide. Best of all, we have the luxury of being able to update our tours more than traditional guide books so our tours are very up-to-date.5. When I purchase a tour, am I going to receive a CD in the mail?No, at this point when you download a tour you receive a link with which you can download your tour files as AAC files, and your map as a PDF - AAC files (or mp4) are compatible with most MP3 players. Nothing will be sent to you in the mail.6. Is this site and payment system secure?Absolutely, you pay through PayPal for the tours and they use a secure online transaction system.7. Why does PayPal ask for my billing address when I am purchasing a tour?PayPal requires your billing address for reference purposes only - nothing will be sent to you in the mail and the shipment line on the page is not relevant to City Surf purchases.Your question not on this page?
